Activity Plus is an activity tracking app for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. We respect your privacy and design the app to keep health and activity data under your control.
1. Data We Use
Activity Plus may request access to Apple Health data that you approve, including activity summaries, workouts, steps, walking and running distance, cycling distance, flights climbed, stand hours, active energy, resting energy, height, weight, date of birth, biological sex, and workout routes.
Activity Plus may write workouts and active energy to Apple Health when you use features that save workouts.
The app also stores app preferences such as goals, notification settings, units, widgets, awards, selected app icon, and subscription status.
2. How We Use Data
We use this information to show your activity history, goals, rings, workouts, awards, statistics, widgets, notifications, and related app features.
Health data is used only to provide Activity Plus features. We do not sell health data, use it for advertising, or share it with advertising platforms or data brokers.
3. Where Data Is Stored
Health data is managed by Apple Health and remains subject to the permissions you control in iOS Settings and the Health app. Activity Plus may keep local app data on your device to operate the app and remember your preferences.
4. Sharing
Activity Plus does not create a public profile or social feed for your health data. We share data only when necessary to provide app functionality, process App Store purchases through Apple, comply with law, protect the app, or respond to support requests you send us.
5. App Store Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple. We receive purchase status needed to unlock app features, but we do not receive your full payment card details.
6. Notifications
If you enable notifications, Activity Plus uses them to send goal and activity reminders you choose. You can change notification permissions in iOS Settings.
7. Children
Activity Plus is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect app data. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, or support your requests. You can remove app data by deleting the app and managing Health permissions in the Health app.
